512 Drafting and Engineering focuses on drawing and engineering all parts of a building envelope. We specialize in drawing storefront and curtainwall systems for commercial buildings, from hospitals to residential towers to office buildings. Our engineering team has capabilities to run calculations on metal panels, signage, and other components and cladding. ​​
Drafting
Our drafting department has drawn many high-profile buildings across the United States, including Maple Terrace in Dallas, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, and the Monarch Hotel in San Antonio. We work directly with the project managers of our clients, as well as with the general contractors and architects when necessary.
Engineering
Our engineering team of four has a professional engineer who is licensed in many states in the United States. We can provide stamped calculations and drawings for any projects we complete. We have worked with several consulting auditors, including the Curtainwall Design Consultants.

We have experience with engineering window systems, as well as metal panels from a variety of manufacturers and building signage. We work directly with our drafting team to ensure that the design of components will adequately withstand loads imposed.
